Query-less search
An examination of query-less, or parameter-less search in Google Operating System. And the mention of a Google patent in the space. And its ultimate integration in Google Now. We explored the idea with MIT researchers. A researcher writing a document would have parallel searches invoked by a combination of the domain the researcher was working in, and the previous writings of that researcher and their colleagues. Links between these searches would be captured and presented as needed.

In SEO a number of interesting implications for search in an augmented reality world. Some obvious things here. How do you add other dimensions to the search space? The geographic is the obvious addition. What is closest thing I want to find, using what medium of transportation? And what does the resulting landscape, with combinations of real and abstract dimensions look like? Wearable search devices, like glass, will make this yet more important. " .... Search Enigma
I have noticed that there is lots of hype in search and data mining spaces. Intellectual property claimed that really adds nothing at all. So I am always on the lookout for new fresh ideas. Here is one, have not studied it in detail, I am not involved, but I like the direction. Will continue to follow. Any thing specifically you would like me to look at in this space?
